Simon Ryder joined First Financial in 2007 and was made a Director in 2012. Prior to joining us, Simon worked in the mortgage industry as a mortgage and protection adviser.

Simon’s key focus has been the expansion of the commercial funding side of the business, specialising in bridging finance, development finance and commercial loans, helping property professionals in arranging the finance they need. Over the years he has formed strong relationships with many private banks, family offices and private equity to make sure First Financial can offer a solution to any client enquiry.

Outside of the office, Simon is kept busy by his two sons. He enjoys a round of golf and supports both Watford FC and Kings Langley FC.
