Sophie joined the team in February 2022 as our Client Liaison Manager, having previously spent 13 years in the Banking industry as a credit underwriter.

Her role focuses on enhancing our clients’ experience of working with us, which includes working closely with the team of advisers to ensure a smooth end-to-end process. Sophie’s favourite part of the job is speaking to existing clients to ensure they know we are around to help and actively looking to assist them in their journey with First Financial whether it be in relation to a purchase, buy to let, re-mortgage or protection needs.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys spending time with her three young children, friends and family.
